Associate Refrigeration Inc. (ARI) was incorporated in 1976. From 1976 to 1990, ARI was an appliance parts and HVAC equipment distributor, with one branch located in Glendora, NJ.

In 1990 Bernie Donnelly purchased the company. With his direction, and support from our customers, ARI has evolved into a full-service air conditioning, heating and refrigeration wholesaler with six locations. We have expanded our inventory and product offerings by becoming an Authorized Distributor for Tappan, Tecumseh, Gibson, Fujitsu, Heatcraft/Climate Control, Alco Controls, A-1 Remanufactured Compressors, SpacePak, Dunkirk, Munchkin, Rehau radiant systems, Quietside tankless water heaters, Comfort-Aire geothermal systems, Skuttle, Honeywell, Ranco, and Johnson Controls - just to name a few.

ARI has continued to grow from the first day Bernie purchased the company because of one simple philosophy: Our concern is not for the individual sale – it is for the individual customer.
